4WORD is a volunteer-driven organization that seeks to reverse the cycle of poverty by helping individuals discover the dignity of work and addressing the root cause of all poverty — broken relationships. 

We currently reach out in the Midland area through Jobs For Life and Faith&Finances workshops.
